Judson Group has been retained by a growing, multi-office wealth management firm with AUM over $2.5B in the search for a Wealth Advisor. This individual will work with a Regional Branch Manager and service a client base of ~100 clients. This position will service an established client base and client acquisition through an established prospecting network. This is an ideal position for someone who is a true relationship builder and is service-minded.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage existing and prospective client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
- Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.
- Introduce and implement financial plans and wealth management decisions.
- Responsible for high level of personalized wealth management services to clients.
- Prepare for and lead meetings with clients and prospects.
- Effectively communicate wealth strategy, planning solutions, and value proposition.
- Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented.
- Gather client data including financial constraints and goals.
- Work with client support team to provide an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree; CFP/CFA/CPA/CIMA highly preferred.
- Series 65 preferred.
- Minimum 5 years serving in a private client discipline such as financial advisor, investments, trusts, etc.
- Track record of direct management of client relationships.
- Experience working with financial planning software, Salesforce, and/or MoneyGuidePro.
- Strong knowledge of the financial planning process, related services and client servicing needs.
- Organized and detail oriented while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
