Judson Group has partnered with a large independent RIA in the search for a Chief Operating Officer to help grow the firm substantially over the next decade. This individual will be responsible for overseeing Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, and Compliance. The ideal candidate has experience managing team members across the various teams in the firm and is capable of helping to develop and implement the firm’s strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and managerial ownership of the firm’s day-to-day wealth management operations.
• Develop and maintain control of all business operations, adjusting as necessary to ensure the organization is consistently working together.
• Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create comprehensive goals for performance and growth strategies.
• Recognize areas of opportunities for improvement across the organization, including opportunities to boost revenue, reduce cost, and increase profitability throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree.
• 15+ years of relevant wealth management experience.
• SEC compliance experience required.
