Judson Group has been retained by a growing independent advisory firm in their search for an Associate Wealth Advisor. This individual will support the firm advisors and other team members by providing comprehensive financial planning with existing and prospective clients. They will be responsible for developing financial plans, managing client relationships, reviewing portfolio performance with clients, investment analysis, and performing research.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of client facing wealth management experience with a strong background in financial planning and a high attention to detail. This person will need to be a team player and have strong client facing skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a Senior Wealth Advisor and their UHNW/Family Office clients, growing down the path to advisor quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist advisors with investment analysis, retirement/cash flow projections, research, tax planning, and implementation of recommendations as needed.
- Create client presentations and assist with client meetings.
- Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries.
- Organize and analyze financial data received from new and existing clients.
- Monitor client portfolios and communicate updates and recommendations.
- Assist clients with implementation of recommended and agreed-upon strategies.
- Work with firm team, including supporting and assisting advisors, investment strategists, and senior advisors to deliver advice and build client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; CFP or CFP track highly preferred.
- Experience working in a client-facing role.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate/communicate well in a team environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and technology skills.
