Eric joined The Judson Group in early 2011, bringing years of extensive online management and research techniques to the team. Eric has been trained in Boolean Logic and understands the riches that social media and other digital outlets hold.

As Director of Research with The Judson Group, Eric’s concentration is centered on using social media and other digital resources to discover quality talent for our clients. Eric thrives on the constantly changing nature of the Internet and social media platforms. “I enjoy the thrill of the hunt in trying to find exceptional talent for our clients.”

Eric received a Master of Science in Communications degree from Grand Valley State University. He holds a teaching degree from Western Michigan University and holds a variety of production staff titles for community theaters around Michigan. When Eric is not scouring the social media networks, he enjoys spending time outdoors and catching up on reality television shows.
