Hunter has over thirty years experience in the financial services industry where he held executive management positions at General Electric Company, GE Capital, Leasing Group, Inc., Old Kent Bank and Fifth Third Bank. Hunter graduated from GE’s well regarded Financial Management Program (FMP) and rose to the highest levels of GE’s Corporate Audit Staff before joining GE Capital. In his various leadership roles, his responsibilities included hiring hundreds of professionals, establishing strategic and tactical business plans, and delivering results.

Hunter is an aggressive, results oriented individual with significant drive and very high expectations to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations. His success comes from the quality of people he has recruited to his teams, identification and mentoring of high potential employees and his constant focus on training. As a search professional, Hunter has focused his efforts on helping employers build industry-leading teams.

With a successful history in the financial services industry, Hunter has been able to exceed client's needs in most areas within banking, including Commercial and Retail Banking, Business Banking, Credit and Risk, Treasury Management, Operations, Trust and Investment Services, Human Resources, and Equipment Leasing.

Hunter is a graduate of Babson College with a BS in Business Administration.
