Business Development Officer - Deposits

The Judson Group has partnered with a growing community bank in the search for an experienced Business Development Officer - Deposits in the Ann Arbor market. Our client is looking to aggressively grow and retain deposits through various business development avenues by cultivating and strengthening long-term business relationships within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Grow and retain deposit relationships within the assigned territory.

• Drive business development through various avenues including cold calling and networking events.

• Analyze current and potential customers’ banking needs to recommend various banking products.

• Works with branch managers and other key team members to drive growth goals and cross sell banking products.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven successful business development experience.

• Strong COI network and name recognition/involvement within the business community.

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills; able to sell to customers.

• High degree of initiative and strong ability to meet principal accountabilities with limited direction and oversight.
