VP of Client Experience

The Judson Group has partnered with a growing RIA in the search for a VP of Client Experience. The VP of Client Experience will be a key member of the firm’s team and will oversee all aspects of operations that impact a client’s experience at the firm from strategy and planning to daily execution of all business processes, technology, and workflows. 

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, knowledge of the operations process in the RIA environment, and the ability to be a strategic thought leader and drive change.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily execution of operations, including oversight of business processes and collaboratively working with client service associates and other team members.

• Oversee technology resources and processes as they pertain to the client experience and operations.

• Manage client experience operations metrics and key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Evaluate, design, and enhance the client experience through long-term strategic initiatives and recommendations.

• Assist in business development and client growth goals, including marketing and communication initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of operational experience within a wealth/investment setting is required.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Successful sales leadership/business development experience highly preferred.

• Experience leading and inspiring successful teams.

• High degree of customer service, confidentiality and urgency.
