Client Advisor

The Judson Group has partnered with a large, privately-held wealth management firm in the search for a Client Advisor. The Client Advisor acts as a liaison between Senior Client Advisors and other service areas of the firm by developing and maintaining client relationships through client communications and coordinated delivery of services to individuals, families, trusts, and foundations.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing HNW client relationships with specific exposure to complex planning and investment management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular client communication, attend and lead client meetings, and oversee client service efforts.

• Oversee maintenance of client accounts including account opening and compliance reviews.

• Oversee preparation of client meeting materials and custom reporting. 

• Work closely with Senior Client Advisor in investment management activities including implementing investment objectives, rebalancing account trades, monitoring asset allocation and investment performance and investment transitions.

• Participate in trust administration activities including preparing initial and annual trust reviews, make required distributions from CRTs and CLTs, and coordinate with tax department the process of gifts to charity and family.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of wealth management experience preferably with exposure to complex planning strategies for HNW/UHNW relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degrees and designations (CFP, CTFA, CPA) highly preferred.
